REESE ALEXANDER
Born in Fort Worth, Texas and raised in Central Oklahoma, Reese Alexander is the reigning Miss Black Oklahoma USA 2025 and a proud freshman at the University of Oklahoma, majoring in Sociology on the Pre-Med track. Grounded in faith and driven by purpose, Reese believes her journey is guided by God’s plan to serve others through compassion, excellence, and leadership.
A scholar and leader, Reese graduated from Carl Albert High School with a 3.85 GPA, where she served as Captain of the Varsity Dance Team, leading her team to four state titles. She was also a member of the National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, Key Club, and served as Secretary of Health Occupations Students of America. Through the Mid-Del Technology Center’s Health Careers Certification Program, Reese earned credentials as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, Long-Term Care Aide, CPR/AED Certified Provider, and Basic Life Support Certified.
Beyond academics, Reese is a gifted musician who began playing piano as a child and later discovered her love for the double bass, performing for two years with the Oklahoma Youth Philharmonic. Her diverse talents and dedication reflect her belief that discipline, creativity, and service can coexist in perfect harmony.
With aspirations to become a Cardiothoracic Surgeon, Reese plans to continue her studies through the Military+Medicine Program at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She hopes to open her own practice one day, recruiting a culturally diverse staff and providing equitable healthcare to minority and underserved communities.
Through her reign as Miss Black Oklahoma USA, Reese aims to inspire the next generation to pursue education, embody confidence, and lead with grace. Looking ahead, she plans to combine her love for medicine, mentorship, and advocacy to make a lasting impact on both local and global communities — proving that faith, focus, and perseverance can turn any dream into destiny.
